RidgeRun is happy to announce support for HDMI capture on the NVIDIA Jetson Nano using the TC358742 IC. This chip converts the incoming HDMI signal to MIPI/CSI, which allows the images to be processed by the SoC's capture subsystem.

The current driver supports: - V4L2 media controller driver - L4T and JetPack versions: - L4T 32.1 and Jetpack 4.2 (Jetson Nano) - L4T 28.2.1 and Jetpack 3.3 (Jetson TX2) - L4T 28.2.1 and Jetpack 3.2.1 (Jetson TX2) - Supported resolutions: - 1920x1080@60fps (TX2 only) - 1920x1080@30fps - 1280x720@60fps - 1280x720@30fps - Supported formats: - UYVY - Capture via GstV4L2Src - Supported platforms: - NVIDIA Jetson Nano (Devkit) - NVIDIA Jetson TX2 (J100, J120, J140)
