RidgeRun is happy to announce its latest version of GstSEIMetadata.
GstSEIMetadata is a plugin that allows sending additional information as metadata as part of an H264/H265 encoded stream. Having this additional information as part of the encoded stream allows for synchronization with the corresponding video frames and it won’t affect in any way clients not supporting it.
The plugin includes elements to both inject and extract the metadata to and from the encoded stream. With this latest version we include:
H265 support
